Senior Citizen Self Defense

The Gold STAR (Safety - Tactics - Awareness - Response) classes are free of charge and for senior citizens 55 years and older. Each class is approximately two hours long unless more than 30 people attend.  We try to schedule classes at least one week or more in advance to ensure an instructor is available.

The class consists of lecture (approximately 15 minutes) and hands-on techniques (at least 45 minutes). Attendees will demonstrate all of the techniques on a body opponent bag (B.O.B.) which we will supply.
