ORIGINAL POST FOLLOWS:
A very brazen beer theft occurred at the Circle K store at 4415 Old Kathleen Road in Lakeland on Sunday, September 11th at about 5:10 am.
WATCH THE VIDEO HERE
The suspect grabbed a case of Michelob Ultra beer, took it to the counter, and asked if the store was currently selling alcohol. The clerk told her that they were not selling it at that hour.
The suspect asked what would happen if she just walked out of the store with it, and the clerk told her that she could lose her job. And with that, the suspect walked out of the store without paying for the beer.
As you can see, our suspect is a white female. The hood over her head could suggest that she may have a unique hairstyle or color.
If you recognize this beer thief, please contact Detective Colletti at (863)577-1631 or cc7910@polksheriff.org (Case # 22-38658).
